Veterinarian

Dr. Justina Pahl, DVM

Dr. Justina Pahl is a Wyoming native who graduated high school from Ten Sleep in 1999. She attended the University of Wyoming and received her bachelor's degree in Animal & Veterinary Sciences. She received her DVM from Colorado State in 2007. After completing a 1-year internship at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, KY, she relocated to Montana and has been practicing small and mixed animal medicine in the Billings/Laurel area. She is active with the Montana Spay/Neuter Task Force, which provides surgeries for low-income and underserved areas. Her interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, diagnostic imaging, and preventive medicine.

Dr. Teri Ann Oursler, DVM

Dr. Oursler is a veterinarian at Heart Mountain Animal Health. For after-hours emergencies, calls to the practice's main line may be returned by Dr. Oursler from her cell phone if she is in town and available — please leave a message and she will respond as soon as possible.

Terrie Gilbert

Terrie Gilbert is a Powell native at Heart Mountain Animal Health. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Veterinary Technology in 1994 and has over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine. Terrie shares her home with four cats and enjoys good music, good puzzles, and her faith.
